The 7th Baltic Orthodontic Association congress in Kaunas, May 2011, was a great success. The congress attracted more then 200 participants from Baltic countries and Europe. This was achieved for a major part due to the competence and professionalism of the ViaConventus team. From our preliminary meetings through contracting and budget planning, from development of the on-line registration system through creation of the final Congress Brochure, and from on- site delegate check-in to the overall Congress flow, everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped.
One of the driving forces to the excellent result of this congress was the speed of communication between Viaconventus, local organizing committee and third parties: exhibitors, delegates and speakers. Communication speed and efficiency was one of the most powerful features of ViaConventus.
The continuity, professionalism and ability of ViaConventus team to suggest and adopt novel and innovative approaches to make this congress something special was truly outstanding and impressed all of us on the Organising Committee and participants.
I therefore wish to express my thanks for the great efforts to ViaConventus team and I hereby have the pleasure to recomend the ViaConventus as reliable partner for the organizers of this type of projects in the future
President of the Baltic Orthodontic Association
